Shipping Policy – CoCo et Moi

order processing
• We pack orders Monday to Friday.
• Please allow two to three business days for us to get your parcel on its way.
• Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET on Friday ship the following Monday.

shipping options and rates
• Canada – Canada Post rates.
• Free Canadian shipping on orders 50 CAD and up (after discounts, before tax).
• We don’t ship outside Canada for now.

carriers and delivery times
• Parcels travel with Canada Post
• Standard delivery:
Canada – 2 to 5 business days
• You’ll get a tracking email as soon as the label is created.

lost, damaged, or wrong item
If something arrives broken or is missing, email info@cocoetmoi.ca within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick photo if there’s damage. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

address issues
Please double-check your shipping address. We can’t refund shipping fees on orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
